Our Business Advisor is a professional with 10+ years of experience leading the exploration of business opportunities, helping companies establish strategic partnerships, and working with multidisciplinary teams. He has built and maintained key international relationships working with various experts, thought leaders, and decision-makers within the Life Sciences industry.

His different roles in Biotech have allowed him to work with several stakeholders from academic institutions, industry and governmental agencies from countries such as the UK, Germany, France, and the US, among others. He has participated in different world-class trade fairs, partnering activities and networking events, in addition to two international business development programmes, one in Germany, organised by the Federal German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the German Agency for International Business Cooperation (GIZ). And the other was in France, organised by the Embassy of France in Chile, the French-Chilean Chamber of Commerce, and the French Agency for International Business Cooperation (Business France), among other organisations.

Matias holds a background in Engineering Sciences, postgraduate studies and experience in business, and has been in constant professional development, participating in international training courses and visits to the facilities of European institutions such as the Tissue Banks of the UK NHSBT Tissue and Eye Services, the German Association of Tissue Banks (DGFG), the Biobank of the Charité Hospital in Berlin, and the B-Braun medical device factory in Tuttlingen,
