Biomaterials for tissue engineering 

We develop new biomaterials for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, cell scaffolds as extracellular matrix that can be employed for biomanufacturing of tissues and cultivated meat.

Through our work we articulate a network for R&D activities, with the aim of generating applied knowledge and added value to products for healthcare and foodtech.

Our hydrogel technology is intended to be used as hydrogel for bioprinting and for laboratory 3D cell culture essays. (More details in LIVEMATRIX Projects)
